Introduction to LGBTQ+ allyship workshop

We know that inclusive workplaces enable everyone to thrive. But when research shows us that 40% of LGBTQ+ people still hide who they are at work, we know there is a long way to go.  

If you're looking to find ways to step up as a positive and active ally to the LGBTQ+ community at work, this interactive 90-minute workshop on 13 November 14:00-15:30 will provide you with practical tools to create a more inclusive workplace.

By attending this workshop, you will:  

• Learn more about LGBTQ+ identities and experiences in order to better advocate for inclusion 
• Understand more about what makes a workplace inclusive for LGBTQ+ people 
• Discuss ways that you can step up as an active ally to the LGBTQ+ community
