What organisations show publicly shapes who feels able to take part. The Proud Pledge turns inclusion from an intention into a visible signal.
The Proud Pledge enables organisations to signal that the LGBTQ+ community are welcome, that they do belong.
Every mark displayed in exercise class, workout zone, or sportsground tells LGBTQ+ people “you belong here”.
The Proud Pledge isn’t a verified accreditation process, it's simply a signal of welcome and of intention from organisations, businesses and suppliers.

Signal your commitment and make belonging visible
Once the Proud Pledge has been signed, it is time to get the word out and become part of that visible network of belonging. Signal that you are welcoming environment where people can Move with Pride.

We have developed a bespoke workshop all about LGBTQ+ inclusion when it comes to exercise, movement and sport, designed to give players, coaches, volunteers and leaders the tools they to help LGBTQ+ people feel that they are welcome and that they belong.

There is even a Proud Employers programme, for any organisation, club or group who is interested in going further and joining a membership programme focused on inclusion. This membership scheme has hundreds of employers, big and small, and has been running for over 20 years.
