Are you looking to upskill yourself and your team to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace? Our Allies and Trans Allies programmes will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to create a more inclusive workplace.

We all know that inclusive workplaces enable everyone to thrive. Allies have immense power to create transformational change in our workplaces.

Led by Stonewall’s inclusion experts, these full-day programmes, provide a reflective space for you to better understand workplace inclusion and take practical steps that work in your context.
