Terms and Conditions - Workshop Bookings

Clients are permitted to change the booked date of their workshop once. This change can be made up to 20 working days ahead of the booked date. After this time it will be treated as a cancellation with the following fees applied.

Cancellations made up to and including 20 working days or more before the event will be charged at 50% of the cost of the workshop.

Cancellations made less than 20 working days of the event will be charged 100% of the cost of the workshop.  

Cancellation or date swap requests must be made in writing to Ash Brook, Empowerment Delivery  Manager, ash.brook@stonewall.org.uk  

By booking a Stonewall workshop you are agreeing to this cancellation agreement.
