At Stonewall, our vision is for a world where everyone, everywhere can be themselves. We work to ensure acceptance without exception, so that lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) people around the world can participate fully in society and enjoy lives free from discrimination. We work to do this in a way that is aligned to our values. As a member of the Fundraising Team, we do this by raising vital income and forging meaningful and lasting relationships with supporters of all kinds; bringing our work towards a world free from discrimination for all LGBT people to life for those who make our work possible.
As Supporter Care Officer, your role is to work to ensure that our supporters have a powerful, positive experience in all their interactions with Stonewall. You will join this newly established team, pulling together all our supporter care work currently happening across the fundraising team. You will also work on our Merchandise fundraising programme including our flagship campaign “Rainbow Laces” and support Fundraising and the wider organisation in the implementation of our new CRM.
These roles are open to anyone to apply, regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marital status, race, faith or belief, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, and whether you’re pregnant or on family leave, however we are particularly keen to hear from BAME PoC and trans colleagues. To apply, we are asking people to submit a supporting statement outlining why they would like to apply and what they would bring to the role, as well as how they meet the person specification and job outline. Where internal candidates meet the minimum of the person specification, they will be invited to attend an interview.
The deadline for applications is 9am on 8 January 2021. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
