For the last 17 years Stonewall have run a highly successful suite of personal and professional development programmes for a range of audiences. We provide people with the skills, confidence and network to make lasting change.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to support us to work across and outside of Stonewall to deliver high quality events, workshops, leadership residentials and full day training programmes. We’re looking for someone with strong project management, event management and organisational skills, who is an excellent communicator and able to facilitate our sessions to a range of audiences. In this role you will deliver complex project plans including multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of our workplace LGBT inclusion events. You’ll specialise in delivering our work with businesses and organisations that supports our Diversity Champion’s programme to provide people with the learning they need to create a more equal workplace for LGBT people. In the first few months you’ll play a crucial role in supporting us to redefine and relaunch our suite of workplace products. Working as part of a small team, you will also collaborate to deliver our grant funded community work and larger events.
