Following our recent move to new offices we are looking to expand the team to include an enthusiastic and proactive receptionist with an eye for detail. The role is vital in providing support to the Office Manager to ensure the office is pleasant, safe and above all else a space where employees want to come to work. This is a new role within the organisation thus an exciting time to join and make the role your own whilst ensuring visitors experience of Stonewall is a positive one. You will:
- Deal with incoming calls via switchboard, answering general queries and referring calls to appropriate departments and taking messages where necessary.
- Manage and support reception volunteers
- Receive, sort and deliver post, including maintaining franking machine and outward mail
