Join us as our Client Partnerships Manager and provide key support to the Memberships and Empowerment Programmes teams to drive our work forward.
Reporting to the Director of Memberships Operations you’ll focus on the proactive development of new and existing relationships by working to identify and meet client needs. You will be involved in all aspects of the growth of our client list and revenue, directly impacting influencing our ability to bring change to communities and workplaces across the UK and overseas. You will be pivotal in the induction process for new Client Account Manager’s, giving guidance and support around the prospecting, pitching and renewals process.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of prospect development, strategically developing existing client accounts and mapping client journeys to identify process improvements. You will have extensive experience of pitching to a variety of audiences in a range of sectors and will be confident in managing budgets.
