Client Partnership Manager (Fixed Term)

Role description

For the last thirty years, Stonewall has been working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bi and trans people. As a charity we rely on the generosity of private individuals, communities and organisations. Without it, none of what we do would be possible. Join us as our Client Partnerships Manager and provide key support to the Memberships and Empowerment Programmes teams to drive our work forward.

Reporting to the Director of Memberships Operations you’ll focus on the proactive development of new and existing relationships by working to identify and meet client needs. You will be involved in all aspects of the growth of our client list and revenue, directly impacting influencing our ability to bring change to communities and workplaces across the UK and overseas. You will be pivotal in the induction process for new Client Account Manager’s, giving guidance and support around the prospecting, pitching and renewals process.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of prospect development, strategically developing existing client accounts and mapping client journeys to identify process improvements. You will have extensive experience of pitching to a variety of audiences in a range of sectors and will be confident in managing budgets.

We welcome applications from everyone and actively seek a diverse range of applicants, so if you have the right mix of skills and experience and a passion for LGBT equality, we want to hear from you. Please complete and return the application and recruitment analysis form by 10.00am on Monday 21st October 2019. Interviews will follow on the week commencing 28th October 2019.
