Ensure everyone can achieve their potential at work.
Stonewall's research* shows that lesbian, gay, bi and trans ( LGBT) people still face challenges at work.
More than one in three LGBT people have hidden their identity at work because they fear discrimination. This figure rises to two in three bi people and one in every two trans people. LGBT people experience discrimination in areas such as recruitment and promotion. They also face negative comments from colleagues, service users and customers.
Organisations that take a holistic approach to LGBT inclusion see real results. They find that they're able to attract and retain the best talent. In environments where staff can be themselves, innovation, team cohesion and motivation follow.
Stonewall's workplace inclusion experts have been working with employers for 20 years. We've developed best practice working with over 800 organisations around the globe.
We use this to design our sector-leading London Workplace Conference on 3 April. This event is a unique chance for you to create a practical roadmap to a more-inclusive workplace.
- Choose from 21 CPD-accredited sessions covering the latest best practice on LGBT workplace inclusion and key topics from the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.

This year we welcome over 1000 people from the UK’s leading employers, including senior leaders, HR and diversity professionals, employee network groups, and LGBT staff and allies.
- Connect with professionals from all sectors committed to equality.
- Share expertise with top organisations and leading LGBT networks.

It was amazing to be part of such a large and diverse group of people, all of whom were there with the most incredible objectives.
Our Workplace Conference is a unique chance to hear from inspiring people who bring our work to life and empower our audiences to create change. Our keynote speakers will be announced soon. Last year we welcomed Penny Mordaunt, Former Secretary of State; Nour Shaker, Product Development - Public Cloud Services, Vodafone; and Hafsa Qureshi, Ministry of Justice & Stonewall Bi Role Model of the Year to share their insights. We also held an LGBT and Faith panel during the closing session.
I particularly enjoyed hearing about the real life experiences of the speakers which were truly inspiring
As a result of attending last year's conference...
93% OF DELEGATES STRONGLY AGREED OR AGREED THAT THEY HAD LEARNT BEST PRACTICE THAT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO ADVANCE EQUALITY IN THEIR WORKPLACE
84% OF DELEGATES STRONGLY AGREED OR AGREED THAT THEY HAD EXPANDED THEIR NETWORK OF PEERS INTERESTED IN EQUALITY AT WORK
Absolutely inspirational. Have genuinely never experienced a conference like it. The energy and positivity from delegates and presenters was palpable.
Global Streaming Service
LGBT inclusion is equally important across an organisation's global footprint. However, differing legal and social contexts mean we can't take a one size fits all approach. Our global LGBT inclusion live stream enables you or your colleagues to access our specialist programme of content on global LGBT inclusion either live or recorded from anywhere in the world.
