At Stonewall, we believe all attendees should be able to fully participate in our events and feel comfortable doing so.
We’re working to ensure that our digital events are accessible to all and are committed to trying to accommodate any adjustments that delegates need. Below you can find an overview of accessibility information for the event. If you have any access needs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the event and we’ll be in touch about how we can support you.
Session run time: 7 hours with breaks
Programme Timings in full will be available shortly
Each workshop will feature a breakout session, where you’ll be put into smaller groups to have a discussion and work on an activity with other delegates. An overview of the activity and the handouts can be provided prior to the event
We provide the following services at our open digital workshops:
- BSL Interpreters
- Dyslexia friendly fonts on slides and handouts
- Closed captions
If you require other adjustments, please do not hesitate to get in contact us on email@example.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate these.
All our digital workshops will have a Tech Support staff member.
If you have any tech issues during the session, you can talk directly to them using the Zoom chat feature. Further information about this individual will be communicated to you at the start of the workshop.
As a charity we take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously. There will be a designated safeguarding officer assigned to the event who will manage any safeguarding disclosures in line with Stonewall’s safeguarding policy [LINK: https://www.stonewall.org.uk/about-us/safeguarding-policy].
If you can’t find what you need on this web page or if you prefer information in a different format, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to answer.
