A welcoming environment helps LGBT learners feel comfortable and supported, ultimately enabling them to succeed – but a welcoming college environment isn’t a given. Many LGBT learners still face discrimination, exclusion and abuse because of who they are. This briefing will support you to embed LGBT inclusion in all of your provision and practices for learners.
