Jan is the group brand director at Aviva, the UK's largest and Europe’s leading provider of life and general insurance. Previously, Jan has worked for British Gas and BT, and she has been managing partner of two successful marketing consultancies; antennae and BLUEdOOR.
She is chair of PAMCo (Publishers Audience Measurement Company), an Executive Committee member of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communication London), a Fellow of the Marketing Society.
In October 2015, Jan was ranked 16 in the Top 100 Outstanding in Business list published in the Financial Times. She holds an MA in Economics from Girton College, Cambridge.
In December 2016, it was announced that Jan would become Aviva’s first ever Global Inclusion Director, where she will be responsible for leading the Group’s inclusion and diversity strategy.
