Join us as our Senior Global Research and Advocacy OFficer and play a key part in energising global workplaces to act as advocates for change and inclusive places for LGBTQ+ people everywhere in the world.
Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships you’ll focus on building our network of civil society partners to ensure that we remain up to date on all LGBTQ news globally, and helping us shape this information into meaningful resources for global business. You will be involved in all aspects of planning and producing our global workplace resources, and as the Senior Global Research and Advocacy Officer you will hold relationships with stakeholders in global corporations, global civil society organisations and our other global partners.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of global workplace equality and corporate advocacy.
