We are looking for a passionate individual who is inspired to find new ways to raise money, build on our successful Individual Giving fundraising programmes and provide excellent care to our amazing supporters who help us change the lives of LGBTQ+ people.
Founded in London in 1989, Stonewall now works in each nation of the UK and has established partnerships across the globe. We help create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people through our campaigns, research and change and empowerment programmes. We continue to fight for a world where LGBTQ+ people everywhere can live their lives to the full.
As a charity we rely on the generosity of private individuals, communities and organisations. Without it, none of what we do would be possible. Join us as our Head of Individual Giving and Innovation to lead a team of fundraisers to expand our on-line giving campaigns, develop our Merchandise offer and further build our legacy marketing and community fundraising activity to raise £ms for LGBTQ+ communities. The role also leads our Supporter Care team, enabling them to give our incredible supporters the best experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you’ll focus on creating a framework of innovation where we can test new fundraising ideas with different audiences, face to face and on-line as well as leading your teams to hit financial targets and supporter related measures.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of innovation, individual giving in fundraising and excellent customer care.
