Role description

For thirty years, Stonewall has been campaigning to improve the lives of lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) people. Join our team as Database Officer or Senior Database Officer (depending on experience) and contribute to providing user support, CRM administration and valuable timely data for marketing and messaging to make a real difference to the lives of LGBT people.

As part of our Data team, you will be responsible for delivering BAU systems management to range of stakeholders, maintaining our main CRM (thankQ), providing business critical user support and supporting the Head of Data and Insights to maintain best practise data compliance and data governance.

This is initially a fixed-term six-month role, providing an excellent opportunity for you to not only make an impact on the lives of LGBT people, but also to develop your skillset by getting involved in a range data selections for varied appeals, campaigns and activities.

The successful candidate must have strong hands-on management experience of a CRM database, solid excel skills and be an adept problem solver. You’ll have experience manipulating data in excel, creating selections and segmenting in CRM as well as learning processes quickly. You’ll have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information in an appropriate manner and format.
