Our Diversity Champions programme improves the experiences of lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) staff, customers and service users by helping companies and organisations become more inclusive.
As a Client Account Manager, you’ll identify and research organisations from the public and third sectors and build a compelling, tailored business case to recruit them to the programme. Working with new and existing Diversity Champions you’ll make recommendations to help make them more inclusive, benchmarking their initiatives and providing feedback on improvements they could make.
Attending conferences and personal development programmes you’ll engage Diversity Champions and promote the programme to non-members, and develop and deliver seminars and workshops on LGBT diversity and inclusion.
It’s a busy and varied role where you’ll need experience of establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels of an organisation and be comfortable presenting complex concepts and data to diverse audiences. You’ll combine the ability to evaluate material, problem solve and offer solutions, with the communication skills to produce clear, concise written communications. A team player who’s passionate about the public sector, you’ll relish identifying and developing new business opportunities.
