Business Development Officer

Role Description

This is your chance to ensure the world of work welcomes all LGBTQ+ people.

For the last thirty years, Stonewall has been working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bi and trans people. Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme aims to improve workplaces for all LGBTQ+ people. We work with more than 900 organisations to create inclusive and accepting workplaces where individuals can thrive.

Do you want to help us make that change?

We are looking for two new Business Development Officers to join our team, and create long-term change for LGBTQ+ people at work.

Reporting to the Workplace Partnerships Manager, you’ll support employers to sign up to our Diversity Champions programme.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of LGBT inclusion, intersections of oppression and an understanding of power and privilege in the workplace.
