Stonewall Volunteer Policy

Volunteers are an integral part of Stonewall’s work. They support us across all our work in England, Scotland and Cymru, and they are a key part of each department and essential to Stonewall’s mission.

Stonewall recognises the huge contribution volunteers make to our work; we benefit from the skills, experience and enthusiasm volunteers bring. In return, we believe volunteers should be able to gain personal benefits from their time volunteering with us, and we are committed to managing volunteers in a way that allows this.
