Telemarketing
As part of our fundraising and supporter engagement strategy, Stonewall engages in telemarketing.
Telemarketing is an effective way of engaging with supporters who have agreed to learn more about our work, how they can support Stonewall and ultimately help us achieve our vision where all LGBTQ people are free to be ourselves.
Our outbound telemarketing is conducted by Stratcom UK, whom we have worked with for several years.
The Stratcom team are fully trained and understand the importance of Stonewall’s work. They are members of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and follow the fundraising regulator's code of conduct. As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and quality assurance, we regularly monitor calls made by Stratcom UK on our behalf. This enables us to provide structured and timely feedback to Stratcom and ensure all feedback is reviewed in a timely manner.
