Trans Day of Remembrance is an important calendar date in November. It is an opportunity to reflect on your trans inclusion work. Use this session to consider how you can step up as an active trans ally.
Join us for a 2 hour interactive workshop at 10:30 on 18 November. You’ll gain the tools and confidence to be a better ally to trans people in your workplace.
The session will begin with a live coversation with Nour Fayad from KPMG UK, who will share her experience and expertise. Following this, our Stonewall inclusion experts will deliver best practise content to help you and your organisation develop tangible actions towards trans inclusion in the workplace.
Nour is strongly committed to driving positive change within the community and the workplace through her engagement with Stonewall. After working in Dubai, Egypt, and Europe over the last 13 years in specialist IT leadership roles, Nour moved to the UK five years ago to achieve the next milestone in her career path and to continue her gender transition journey.
Nour’s aspiration is to build life changing business solutions to better support people’s lives in a rapidly changing society whilst maintaining a strong framework of ethics and personal integrity. She is also considering ordained ministry within the Church of England.

What previous delegates thought
I found this incredibly helpful for my own personal development, let along my professional self. The panel was a really excellent way to bring folk in and begin engaging attendees to consider concepts that they maybe hadn't before.
Really useful content and thought provoking - helped to show the way that action can be taken
I thought the two presenters were excellent. They were very good at putting the group at ease and talking about a complex topic with decorum and sensibility.
