Delegate, 2018
Our Workplace Conference is a unique chance to hear from inspiring people who bring our work to life and empower our audiences to create change. Our keynote speakers will be announced soon. This is a unique chance to learn best practice from leading British and global organisations as well as hear from inspiring LGBT role models and allies.
Our keynotes last year were S Chelvan, Barrister and Joanna Walker, Chair of Virgin Money's Affinity Group. For our closing session, we had a Come Out For Trans Equality panel
I thought it was incredibly insightful to hear from the panel speakers and see what I can do as an ally to help create a safer environment for my trans colleagues
Delegate, 2018
As a result of attending last year's conference...
92% OF DELEGATES STRONGLY AGREED OR AGREED THAT THEY HAD A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF LATEST EMERGING BEST PRACTICE ON LGBT INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
95% OF DELEGATES STRONGLY AGREED OR AGREED THAT THEY FELT CONFIDENT AND ABLE TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THEIR WORKPLACE
86% OF DELEGATES STRONGLY AGREED OR AGREED THAT THEY HAD A CROSS-NETWORK OF PEERS INTERESTED IN EQUALITY AT WORK
I was impressed with the clear passion for equality from session speakers. I am now inspired to walk, not just talk the talk.'
