a) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by 12 February 2010 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made after that date will be charged at the full invoice total.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Ruth Iwamoto, Stonewall, Tower Building,
York Road, London SE1 7NX or via ruth.iwamoto@stonewall.org.uk.

b) Breakout Sessions

Please note that once the breakout sessions are finalised we will contact you to allocate.
While we will endeavour to accomodate your breakout session preferences, allocation
will be on a 'first come, first served' basis, so there is no guarantee we will be able to
meet your request.
