Before submitting your request, please take time to read the following information and describe the services you would like us to provide. Someone from Stonewall will contact you within five working days to discuss how we can best meet your needs.

STONEWALL CONSULTING SERVICE FEES

Stonewall is a charity entirely reliant upon our own fundraising. Consequently, we seek to ensure that all costs are covered during the course of our work with you.

Member rate	£1000	£800	£500
Non-member rate	£1,250	£1000	£675

VAT is chargeable on all fees at the standard rate.

For events taking place outside the London, Cardiff or Edinburgh area, consultants require reimbursement of travel expenses for return travel.

For events taking place inside the Greater London, Cardiff or Edinburgh area, consultants may, if necessary, require reimbursement of taxi fares for return travel.

ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES

For events requiring travel outside the Greater London, Cardiff or Edinburgh area, accommodation expenses are required only when:

Attendance requires departure before 8:30 a.m.
Attendance means returning after 7.30 p.m.

Initial Needs Assessment Please give us a short description of the services you would like us to provide. For example, what issues would you would like us to address, how long you would hope it might last, how many staff you wish to train etc.

Location(s) Where would you like the work to take place? This information will be used to assist us to factor in travelling time, staff expenses and other relevant factors.

Time When would you like the work to take place and when would you like it to be completed by? We aim to meet your preferred timescale but due to capacity and scheduling issues some dates may not be available.
