Expected project outcomes

It is expected that the project will contribute to the long-term work of Stonewall Scotland, and that it will have a positive impact on the experience of the LGBT service users.

Public services that use the advice and information will begin to affect a cultural change for LGBT service users and staff, putting into practice policies that will achieve more LGBT-inclusive public services.
