Is gay ok in your workplace?

We are delighted to announce Stonewall's fifth Annual Workplace Conference, to be held at the QEII Conference Centre in London on Wednesday 16th April 2008. Supported by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, this year's conference features a choice of nine breakout sessions, covering everything from how and why to monitor the sexual orientation of your staff, to the implications of posting gay staff abroad to countries where homosexuality is not accepted. The breakout sessions will be led by Diversity Leaders from public, private and third sectors.

You will have the chance to put questions to our keynote speakers, including Trevor Phillips, Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Gordon Pell, Chief Executive of Retail Markets at RBS and Ron Dobson, Commissioner of the London Fire Brigade. The full-day conference showcases the latest innovative good practice on LGB diversity and inclusion, showcasing its contribution to performance, as well as providing an excellent opportunity to network with Diversity Champions working in the field.

Places are going fast, and the booking deadline is 26th March, so book your place now by clicking here.
