Stonewall asks all employers submitting to the Workplace Equality Index to invite their lesbian, gay and bisexual employees to participate in a survey giving feedback directly to Stonewall on their experiences working in that organisation. Survey feedback is worth 5% of the overall marks in the assessment.
To do this, we ask that you promote the online survey to your LGB employees. To participate, you will need to distribute the link to the questionnaire: www.stonewall.org.uk/wei2013/survey along with your organisation's unique three digit code. If you are unsure of your organisation’s code, please contact workplace@stonewallscotland.org.uk or call the workplace team on 0131 474 6160.
Feedback submitted online will go directly to Stonewall and is completely anonymous. If you would like to distribute a paper copy of the survey for staff without access to the internet, you can download it here.
Although this questionnaire is for lesbian, gay and bisexual staff, we encourage organisations to advertise the survey to all staff - this is to give any LGB staff who are not ‘out’ within the organisation or members of an employee network group the opportunity to give their feedback.
