The Workplace Equality Index now includes supplementary criteria for global employers. These optional criteria are suitable for completion by organisations operating in 10 or more countries worldwide.
To participate in the Global Criteria, you must also make a submission to the main Workplace Equality Index. The submission document for the Workplace Equality Index 2013 Global Criteria is now available to download. This form can be shared among colleagues and is compatible with all versions of Microsoft Word from 2003 onwards.
Please familiarise yourself with the guidance to make sure you understand what the Global Criteria is looking for, and refer back to it when completing your submission.
Once complete, your Index submission should be uploaded onto our secure online form alongside supporting evidence. Members of the Diversity Champions programme will be sent a username, password and link to the online system to upload their submission. The Index must be submitted online.
If your organisation is not a member of the Diversity Champions programme and you would like to make a submission to the Workplace Equality Index, please contact the Stonewall Scotland Workplace Team at workplace@stonewallscotland.org.uk to request a username and password for the secure online form.
Submissions will close on Friday 14 September 2012. Please ensure you have submitted your online questionnaire and all accompanying evidence by 5pm on this date - this deadline is final and Stonewall is unable to accept any submissions after this date.
