Session 1 | Communicating the business case for LGBT equality
This session will help you understand the issues facing LGBT people in the workplace and equip you with the tools to communicate the business case to senior management

Session 2 | Embedding LGBT equality in procurement practices
This session explores the importance of aligning your organisational values with those of your suppliers or procuring organisations and the wider influence this can have for LGBT people 

Session 3 | How to successfully manage and support diverse teams
This session will help line managers recognise what a diverse team is, the importance of supporting diverse teams and develop strategies to support diverse teams 

Session 4 | Successfully engaging dispersed workforces
This session looks at the challenges faced in delivering equality and diversity initiatives when operating with a dispersed workforce and focuses on ways to overcome these barriers

12:25 – 13:25: Session B

Session 5 | Strengthening partnerships between LGBT Network Groups and Allies
This session will explore the role that LGBT Network Groups and Allies can have in advancing equality for LGBT people and help you develop strategies for improved collaborative working

Session 6 | Engaging young LGBT talent
This session will help you recognise the issues facing LGBT young people when choosing their future employer and help you understand how to capitalise on this talent 

Session 7 | Next steps in supporting your bisexual and trans staff
This session will help you recognise the additional barriers faced by your bisexual and trans staff and develop strategies to be fully representative, going beyond inclusive policies and communications 

Session 8 | Embedding LGBT inclusion in your communications
This session will explore the processes behind ensuring your communications are inclusive of different families, relationships and gender identities

14:15 – 15:15: Session C

Session 9 | Empowering public services to meet the needs of LGBT service users and clients
This session will give you the unique opportunity to work closely with other key stakeholders to understand how to effectively deliver change for LGBT service users and clients

Session 10 | A taster of Stonewall Scotland’s Role Model programme
This session will give you a flavour of the Stonewall Scotland Role Model programme which focuses on the benefits that positive LGBT Role Models can have on workplace culture 

Session 11 | Supporting staff with multiple identities
This session will present you with best practice in supporting staff with multiple identities and help you develop strategies to implement in your workplace 

Session 12 | Your next steps as a Role Model Alumni
This session gives your Role Model Alumni the opportunity to reflect on their achievements and asks them to consider their next steps in their workplaces 

15:15 – 15:35: Refreshments

15:40 – 16:05: Keynote speakers
16:05 – 16:50: Interviews with Stonewall Scotland’s Role Model Alumni
16:50 – 17:00: Closing remarks 

17:00 – 17:45: Drinks reception
