10 steps to LGB&T inclusive communications

At Stonewall Scotland we are always encouraging the organisations we work with to ensure that all of the messages they send out, both to staff and service users, are inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.

We always emphasise that this cannot be a one-time exercise, or only thought of in relation to equality and diversity messages, but should be a consideration across all communications. We hope this 10 step guide will help you to do just that.
