Programmes Officer, Personal and Professional Development

Stonewall Scotland’s growing portfolio of bespoke, innovative and highly commended personal and professional development programmes are aimed at LGBT individuals and allies from the workplace, our communities, schools and public services, and empower them to affect change leading to more inclusive environments.

This new post is central to our continued growth of our personal and professional programmes in Scotland. Working with the Programmes Manager the post holder will be responsible for implementing initiatives to create partnerships between clients to support the programme’s continued growth and maximise positive impact on the lives of LGBT people.
