The Bronze, Silver and Gold Stonewall School Champion awards give greater recognition to schools tackling homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying and celebrating diversity.
They also enable schools to effectively benchmark their progress and give direction to their ongoing work in this area. By submitting evidence against Stonewall’s Bronze, Silver or Gold criteria, our Education officers can provide your school with targeted feedback on the inclusion work you have already completed and help you set targets for the year ahead.
To apply for a Stonewall School Award, you must be a member of the Primary or Secondary School Champions programmes. Depending on the year of your membership, you could be eligible for a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award:
- Bronze - one year membership
- Silver - two year membership and Bronze award achieved
- Gold - three year membership and Bronze and Silver award achieved
If your school is eligible for an award, you can apply online through the link below.
