Memberships Project Manager

As Project Manager reporting to the Director of Membership Programmes, working across the organisation, and leading a small team you will have personal responsibility for delivering and developing a portfolio of key projects which engage members of Stonewall’s membership programmes. Currently these are the UK and Global Diversity Champions Programme and the Education Champions Programme and the associated projects include benchmarking indices, best practice guides and the UK’s only LGBT-friendly careers guide Starting Out.

You will also be responsible for developing new projects to support the Membership Programmes growth strategy to inspire and engage organisations from a range of international, private, public and third sectors.

Client Group Manager, Membership Programmes

The Client Group Manager is responsible for leading a team of Client Account Managers to grow, engage and retain Diversity Champion and Global Diversity Champion members in line with annual growth targets. The post holder will contribute to the strategic business planning and financial modelling of the Memberships Programmes Team and will work across the organisation to ensure client participation in wider Stonewall programmes and events.

Database Assistant, Membership Programmes

Stonewall uses thankQ, a fully integrated CRM system. It is a comprehensive and highly tailored product which is used by all departments for functions such as memberships, fundraising and event management. The continued development and effective maintenance of thankQ in a flexible and growing environment is critical to the success of Stonewall. The Database Assistant reports to the Database Manager and will be responsible for helping to maintain the integrity of data and information on thankQ, as well as membership renewals for the Membership Programmes team.

Account Manager - Private Sector

The post of Account Manager is central to our continued success in improving the workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people. You will be working closely with your clients to understand their businesses and provide tailored advice and support to drive best practice and positively impact their staff. You will have responsibility for increasing membership of the UK and Global Diversity Champions Programmes in line with ambitious annual targets across dedicated private sector industries.
