Reporting to the Director of Personal and Professional Development, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Programmes Officers and Assistants to deliver a one year statutory funded project to develop and deliver our established Train the Trainer course to 60 partner organisations across England, including Teaching Schools, ITT providers, local authorities and charities. This franchise model will enable these partners to go on to train staff from at least 10 schools each, to equip them with the knowledge and tools to train their colleagues to support LGBT young people and equip them with practical strategies to tackle homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying.
You will also be responsible for managing the delivery of our existing Train the Trainer and curricula programmes and planning for the expansion of this suite of programmes with a focus on developing sustainable and flexible delivery models, underpinned by sound business and financial planning and in line with organisational strategy.

Since 2013, Stonewall has run Train the Trainer courses across Britain equipping primary and secondary school staff with the knowledge, skills and confidence to train colleagues in tackling homophobic and biphobic bullying and supporting lesbian, gay and bisexual young people. Participating schools become members of Stonewall’s School Champions programme and receive ongoing support, guidance and resources from Stonewall and other School Champions.
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic team player who can work flexibly across a number of tasks to support the delivery of this exciting new project. The post-holder will play a key role in developing close relationships and providing support to partner organisations, but will also support the rest of the team in delivering training to partners, producing new materials and providing administrative support as necessary.

The Senior Director of Programmes is a new role created to lead on the strategic planning, business development and high-quality delivery of all Stonewall’s programmes, including our extensive portfolio of programmes, which effect change at an organisational and individual level. Over 700 organisations are part of our membership programmes and over 1000 people are alumni from our personal and professional development programmes. In the role, you will work closely with the rest of the Senior Management Team and with a wide range of external stakeholders to develop and deliver truly innovative programmes that ensure equality in every part of the lived experience of LGBT people at home, at school, at work and abroad.
We’re looking for someone with a visionary, energetic and creative approach to programme and business development that places positive and sustainable social change for LGBT people from all communities at its heart. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Events, the Trusts and Foundations Manager will develop and deliver a targeted and strategic programme of Trusts, Foundations and Statutory Fundraising, including producing cases for support, preparing funding proposals, and cultivating relationships with grant makers.
Working closely with colleagues and departments across the organisation, the post holder will secure both unrestricted and restricted grant income to meet revenue targets and organisational objectives, as well as coordinating all monitoring and compliance requirements.

Working closely with the Director of Major Partnerships and the Senior Director of Programmes, the Major Partnerships Manager will focus on developing and delivering the strategic direction and content of the Global Diversity Champions programme with specific attention to the Global Founding Partners group in order to achieve maximum positive change for LGBT people in the UK and globally. They will also work closely with the Global Diversity Champions Officer and the Programmes teams to ensure that programme content is delivered to the highest standard.
The post holder will also be responsible for all aspects of our nascent 'Star Performers' initiative (currently 9 clients) from its strategic direction, the setting and agreeing of annual client objectives, reviewing and assessing their progress, and general account management and client development.

This is an exciting new role at Stonewall. You will lead on development and high quality delivery of all of Stonewall’s membership programmes to the sector.
You will lead, motivate and develop a Public Sector Programme team to provide tailored support to the sector, ensuring growth and retention of Champion programme memberships and the setting and achievement of ambitious income and impact targets. The post holder will support Senior Account Managers to implement initiatives to create regional partnerships between organisations to support the programme’s continued growth and maximise positive impact on the lives of LGBT people.

Reporting to the Head of International Campaigns, this is an exciting new role within the Campaigns, Policy and Research Team. As International Policy Officer, you will develop and run consultations with LGBT groups in the Global South and East, as well as producing briefings, guidance and toolkits to inform the practice on LGBT inclusion internationally. You will have an excellent understanding of the key debates in international development, and act as a primary point of contact to key stakeholders. We are looking for a highly motivated and confident individual with strong interpersonal skills and practical experience who is committed to the aims and objectives of Stonewall to work towards LGBT inclusion in international development.
