Director of Fundraising and Events

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Fundraising and Events will lead on developing and delivering the fundraising strategy in line with Stonewall’s five year strategy - primarily to achieve challenging income targets, but also cross-departmental objectives such as campaign outputs and programme delivery.

You will work closely with your team to modernise, diversify and improve income from a multi-disciplinary range of income streams: individual donations, merchandise, trusts and foundations and events and community fundraising. As a member of the Senior Management Team you will contribute to the overall strategic direction and management of Stonewall; in particular collaborating with Directors across the organisation to ensure that all teams retain a focus on maximising income and supporter engagement.  

You will lead and develop a team of around 12 staff, with three direct line reports: the Head of Trusts and Foundations, the Head of Individual Giving and the Head of Events and Community Fundraising.

Database Assistant

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy with outstanding attention to detail.

The post-holder will be responsible for helping to maintain the integrity of data and information for the Personal and Professional Development team as well as the general development of the database.
