Cancellations made by 17 February 2017 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made after this date will be charged at the full invoice total. Cancellations must be made in writing to Rob Bullock, Stonewall, Tower Building, York Road, London, SE1 7NX or via email@example.com.
In the event of a delegate named on the booking form being unable to attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate up until the event date.
