The post of Campaigns Policy & Research Manager is central to our continued success in challenging homophobia, biphobia and transphobia and improving the design and delivery of public services for LGBT people in Wales. The post holder will work with the Director and Programmes Manager to set our strategy and realise our ambitious vision for a fairer Wales. Through our communications, public engagement and research the post holder will help shape and inform thinking on national policy frameworks and outcomes. You will:
- Develop, lead and execute the strategic direction of Stonewall Cymru’s public affairs work;
- Meet with senior politicians and advisors, monitor public policy and political developments in Wales;
- Develop and deliver the public affairs element of a single Stonewall Cymru communications strategy.
