On the 1 September 2015, Ben Smith began a world record breaking challenge, running 401 marathons in 401 days.
The challenge aims to raise awareness of the issue of bullying in our society, along with £250,000 for Stonewall and the charity Kidscape.
When he was at school, Ben experienced eight years of mental and physical bullying and says that the effect of this continued to impact on his life for years afterwards and well into adulthood.
The turning point for me came when I was 31, I took charge of my life and finally came out as gay.
Ben is now taking on this immense challenge to help make a difference to the lives of young people who are going through what he did. Stonewall are so incredibly grateful for all of his hard work so please, support Ben and help him hit his target.
