a) Reduced Rate

Only members of Stonewall's Education Champions programme qualify for the reduced conference rate. For a list of local authorities that are members visit www.stonewall.org.uk/educationchampions.

b) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by 30 April will be charged at 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made after that date will be charged at the full invoice total.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Simon McNorton,
Stonewall, Tower Building, York Road, London SE1 7NX or via education@stonewall.org.uk.

c) Breakout Sessions

Please note that once the breakout sessions are finalised we will contact you to allocate.
While we will endeavour to accomodate your breakout session preferences, allocation will be on a 'first come, first served' basis, so there is no guarantee we will be able to
meet your request.
