We are delighted to inform you that booking is now open for our 2008 conference on Monday 7 July in central London.
The conference features workshops delivering key information plus presentations from an outstanding line-up of speakers including Rt Hon Nick Clegg MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats, Julia Neal, President of the Association of Teachers and Lecturers, and Sir Ian McKellen.
The Education for All conference forms part of the national campaign to tackle homophobia and homophobic bullying in our schools. In late 2007 the Department for Children, School and Families published guidance for schools on how to tackle homophobic bullying. The conference will deliver the necessary tools and advice to complement this guidance and give schools the confidence effectively to tackle homophobic bullying.
To reserve a place on the Education for All conference, please complete the PDF form at the bottom of this page and return it by post to Jenny Stevens, Stonewall, Tower Building, York Road, London, SE1 7NX. The conference promises to be an excellent event and is specifically designed to give people who work in education the knowledge needed to provide a learning environment where all children and young people can achieve their full potential.
We look forward to seeing you on 7 July.
