Childline is the free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK. You can call the helpline about any problem, at any time - day or night. Childline's counsellors will listen and help to find ways to sort things out. Childline receives a lot of calls about homophobic bullying, and a bullying diary, to keep track of when and how you are bullied is available to download.

Educational Action Challenging Homophobia (EACH)

EACH has a national freefone number for young people. Available 9am to 5pm weekdays and 10am to 12pm Saturdays, it can give a young person, or an adult on their behalf, the opportunity to be heard and offered further help and support.
