Employers in the Diversity Champions programme receive a tailored annual benchmarking meeting and assistance throughout the year to help them improve sexual orientation equality in the workplace and progress in the Workplace Equality Index.
If you are not part of the Diversity Champions programme but would like to participate in the Workplace Equality Index 2013, please email Stonewall Cymru your contact details. Participation in the Workplace Equality Index is free of charge.
The results of Stonewall’s 2012 Index were released on the 11th January and can be found here.
