The Community Management Board was created to ensure that the direct management of the Beyond Barriers project is firmly rooted in Scotland's LGBT Community. The Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the project.
The Board consists of 12 individual voluntary members, reflecting a wide range of skills, experience and knowledge and as far as possible representing the diversity of the LGBT community in Scotland. Board members will not represent the interests of any particular external group, although 5 of them are members of the project partners (Stonewall Scotland, Equality Network, Outright Scotland and Stonewall Youth).
