The Big Lottery Fund has incorporated the Community Fund. It aims to promote accessibility, value cultural diversity, promote participation, equality of opportunity and inclusive communities and to reduce disadvantage and exclusion. They distribute money raised by the National Lottery to support charities and voluntary and community groups throughout the UK and to UK agencies working abroad.
