Discussions with role models with Jane Hill - focus on lesbians, bisexuality and multiple identities in the workplace

Role models are essential in every workplace - they impact both on organisational culture and the aspirations of individuals around them. In this session BBC 1 Newsreader and journalist, Jane Hill, will interview LGB role models in the workplace who will give candid personal stories and insight into what it’s like to be LGB in the workplace.

This session combines an overview of the importance of role models and explores the individual challenges they have overcome and provides evidence of the impact they have made.
