Innovation and creativity in the public sector - making the best use of limited resources

As organisations forge ahead with creating workplace environments where staff can be themselves and perform to their full potential, coming up with innovative approaches is a key way to maximise the impact of equality initiatives without breaking the bank. 

This session is for public sector organisations that are looking for creative approaches to advance sexual orientation equality awareness for LGB people in the workplace. It will showcase how public and third sectors have innovated in the current climate.
