Workplace Conference 2014

Communicating the business case - why is sexual orientation a workplace issue?

Since its inception in 2005, Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index continues to provide unequivocal evidence that people perform better when they can be themselves at work. Inclusive workplaces are more likely to have engaged and loyal staff, which in turn can directly contribute towards an organisation’s overall productivity and performance. This session will provide a valuable insight into the challenges facing LGB people within the workplace and will detail the numerous benefits of engaging with LGB staff, helping you create a business case unique to your organisation.
