Network groups can play a valuable role in serving the needs of LGB staff as well as in advancing the equality agenda of an organisation – this session will cover how an established group can maintain momentum and staff membership.
Speakers will cover how their network group has gone beyond playing a social role to supporting the professional development of its members and learn how to effectively engage non office based staff in network group functions.
