Religion and sexual orientation in the workplace

Recent polling by YouGov for Stonewall revealed that four in five people of faith believe it is right to tackle prejudice against lesbian, gay and bisexual people. Instances of conflict between religion and sexual orientation in the workplace are rare, but many employers feel less confident preventing and responding to these than to other forms of discrimination. This session will equip employers with the tools and confidence to deal with potential and perceived conflicts.
