The Public Sector Duty

Under the Equality Act 2010 public bodies now set and publish equality objectives and need to publish data annually to show how they are meeting these aims. This session is for public sector organisations who want to receive practical tips on how to meet their LGB equality objectives. For those few organisations that haven’t included objectives covering lesbian, gay and bisexual staff and services users, this session will help you identify, set and meet LGB-specific equality objectives.
