Authenticity in the workplace   

Lesbian, gay and bisexual people make daily choices about coming out to colleagues and clients. This session explores how sexual orientation influences identity and relationships in the workplace. It also provides interesting insights into authenticity, career progression and performance.

• Understand the importance of authenticity in the workplace
• Gain insight into the qualities that role models share
